Instead of hunting for new clients yourself, you simply introduce Logiq AI to your existing or new clients, install and configure the app in their Shopify stores, and get paid recurringly.

💰 Compensation & Pricing Tiers

Please note: All financial data, pricing tiers, and payouts are processed strictly in USD and are net amounts (excluding VAT/GST). You are responsible for your own local tax declarations.

Every time you successfully install Logiq AI in an active merchant's store, you will receive a one-time setup bonus and a 10% lifetime commission on all recurring revenue generated by that store.

• PAYG Tier (Pay-As-You-Go / $0 Base Fee):

  • $25 One-time setup bonus (paid once the store generates its first $25 in real revenue).

  • 10% Lifetime commission on all monthly usage/consumption fees.

• Professional Tier:

  • $100 One-time setup bonus + 10% lifetime commission on the base fee ($99) as well as on all monthly usage fees.

• Enterprise Tier:

  • $250 One-time setup bonus + 10% lifetime commission on the base fee ($249) as well as on all monthly usage fees.

📈 Example: If you acquire a client for the Enterprise tier and their total monthly bill (base fee + voice/chat usage) is $700, you will earn $70.00 passive income every month for this single store – in addition to your initial setup bonus of $250.

⚠️ Strict Definition of "Revenue & Earnings"

To prevent abuse and ensure a fair partnership, the following rules apply without exception:

• Revenue Equals Cash Received: Commissions and bonuses are calculated solely based on real money collected from the merchant. Free plans, trial credits, free minutes, or complimentary chat packages do not count toward commissions or milestone bonuses. If the customer is not billed real money and does not pay, no commission is generated.

• PAYG Milestone Rule: For the $0 PAYG tier, the $25 setup bonus is only unlocked and paid out once the merchant has exceeded a minimum of $25 in real, paid monthly usage fees. This ensures that the store actively uses the app before the bonus is released.

• App Uninstallation (Loss of Lifetime Claim): The "lifetime" commission is strictly tied to the active, uninterrupted installation of the app. If a merchant uninstalls Logiq AI, the partner immediately and permanently loses all claims to future lifetime commissions for that store.

🛑 Pay-upon-Paid & Clawback Policy

By accepting our partner terms, you expressly agree to our payment terms:

• Tied to Shopify Payouts: All payouts are strictly linked to Shopify successfully transferring payouts to Logiq AI.

• Non-payments & Chargebacks: If a referred merchant does not pay their Shopify bill, closes their store, initiates a chargeback, or the payment fails for any reason and we do not receive the funds from Shopify, no commission or bonus will be paid for that billing period/installation. Previously paid commissions must be refunded or will be deducted from your next monthly payout.

• Payout Schedule: All bonuses and commissions are calculated monthly and paid out exactly 5 days after Shopify has successfully transferred the payouts to Logiq AI to you.

• Subsequent Cancellations & Refunds (Clawback): If Shopify subsequently cancels a transaction, grants a refund to the merchant, or enforces a chargeback after we have already paid out your commission, the overpaid amount must either be returned to us immediately or will be offset against your next monthly payout.

• Currency and Taxes: All calculations and payouts are processed strictly in USD. All payout amounts are net amounts, excluding VAT/GST or other sales taxes. No taxes will be added to your payouts on our end.

🛠️ How It Works (The Process)

• Partner Code Assignment: You receive your unique partner code (e.g., RICARDO_AFFILIATE) and your personal tracking link.

• Installation & Attribution: You install the Logiq AI app in your merchant's store. The attribution is achieved either automatically when they install via your referral link (which sets a 30-day cookie) or by manually entering your partner code during the first step of the onboarding setup wizard.

• Tracking & Payout: Our backend automatically tracks all usage and recurring billing associated with your partner code. The payout of your accumulated bonuses and commissions is processed monthly, exactly 5 days after we receive the corresponding payout from Shopify.
